Mark and Iris-folks, I had some afterthoughts about whether the iris had
to be dead to be unsuccessful in a certain zone/climate/garden and
thought that it might just not do well ie flower or might be too small
etc. Anyway maybe we should accumulate some data. I will collect any
postings on I virginica var shrevei flowering in both north and south
and see if we can find out just how tolerant this plant is of mild
winters etc.
