I believe the Silverado was a mine or mining town and as such is a name up for
grabs, within reason. One sees it often. In any case the Schreiner's aren't
the first ones to use it for an iris. The 1939 Checklist records the obsolete
SILVERADO TB-M-S3L (Mohr, 1923). Juniata x Pfauenauge.
