IIt is certainly unethical to sell seedlings for the aforementioned reasons,
but I think it is also "illegal" - not as a Federal case, James, (maybe our
sense of humors conflict!) but by our Judges' Handbook or some other written
iris standards -- at least I was tauight many years ago that it should not be
