If I understand their operation correctly, everyone at Schreiners specializes
in the thing they do best. Ray definitely shines in his job as hybridizing
master (for want of a better word.) He plans all crosses. He has an eye for
detail, had a good teacher, and thoroughly enjoys his job. I think, the
results of combining those qualities are obvious.
My opinion, which is important only to me, (lol)
