Apparently I was not the only one that quit participating for a while because 
I would either get "put in my place" or ignored completely. I, too, felt 
sending newcomers to the archives was a bit harsh.  Perhaps, a few more 
details as to the reasons for the referals would have made a difference.  

Please define quirky! Is the touch of humor I often try to interject 
considered "quirky?"  LOL   

In my opinion (only), the list has improved greatly over the past few months. 
 It has gone from good to awesome. I even spend part of my lunch hour reading 
e-mail.
