SIB: suggestions needed

I'm starting to put together a shopping list for next year and am
hoping to find a Siberian with tiny piecrust ruffles to cross with a
seedling. I'd like to keep the ruffles, but improve the color. I've
got a photo up at http://www.povn.com/rock/a_ruffled.html that shows
the ruffling I'm after fairly well.
I've had no luck finding anything so far, but I'm not sure this kind
of thing would even show up in the checklist. I'd love to hear some
suggestions.
