Re:REB

An update on rebloom here in southern Ontario Canada zone 4/5 USA rating.
There has been an abnormal amount of rain with June having the most rain sine
the start of record keeping. Less rain in July burt I wouldn't be surprised
if it also is a new record. There were 6 days without rain, then three days
ago a torential downfall and some sprinkling each day since.
Reprise (siberian) has been in continuous bloom since early june and looks
lovely in several different clumps in different parts of the garden. There is
another siberian in bloom but I havn't checked its identity. There has been
rebloom on Ruby Eruption SDB(2 times) Autumn Jester SDB(one stalk), Garden
Gnome MDB( one stalk) Drambuie SDB( one stalk), Forever Blue SDB which has had
at least one flower open every day since the begining of May and curently has
about twenty stalks in bloom and lots of new stalks coming.
There are several SDB seedlings in bloom. One nice dusty bitone pink/violet
that I had already been considering for introduction and a Forever Blue
seedling that has dark violet standards and dark brown falls. This one is a
bit narrow but the form is aceptable. There had been another of this colour
rebloom earlier, they will have to be evaluated against each other.
