AIS: '99 Electronic Checklist

There are a number of people proofreading and formatting the '69
Checklist for the electronic database. I am truly appreciative of these
folks that have taken on this challenge.
I thought I would try to get a start on the electronic '99 Checklist.
This Checklist will be easier because we do not have to proofread it
since it was created in electronic form and did not have to be scanned.
All you have to be willing to do is to insert tabs in the apppropriate
spots in each entry (seven tabs in all in each entry).
