Do you mean 6.0 on the pH meter? We are more acid than that now -about
5.8 at the present. Used to have 5.6 or 5.7 at our old place. Some are 
doing well so I will probably do nothing and see what happens next 
year. I will also send another soil test to the County Extension 
Service to forward to the Univ. of NH (again) - am doing that this 
week where the new JI bed is being dug. Thanks for the note on JIs.
