Dan,

PIPES OF PAN (O. Brown, 1963) and HEATHEN (K. Keppel, 1989) are both listed
in the 2001 Riverview Iris Garden catalog at very reasonable prices. The
contact information is Riverview Iris Garden (Tony & Irene DeRose), 21680
Upper Pleasant Ridge, Caldwell, ID 83605; phone (208) 453-1305; email:

I do not know of any TB irises than cannot stand the lowest temperatures
that are likely to occur in Zone 5 (and it has gotten down to 30 below zero
F here and stayed there for several days at a stretch). However, if you
live in an area where repeated freezing and thawing occurs during the
winter, that might have a fatal effect on some irises rather than low
temperatures per se.
