Folks,
I know we try not to do this, put in plugs for one or another grower,
but I just had to share this bit of real class-act behavior from Don
and Ginny Spoon's Winterberry Gardens.
I just received my order from them, and they are glorious rhizomes in
size and health. But the kicker was that they sent me wonderful
extras, including FASHIONABLY LATE -- one I have long lusted for.
Yet since they couldn't provide one $4 I'd ordered, they sent a check
for the $4. Needless to say, I'm sending it back.
If you don't know of them -- as I didn't before this year -- their
catalog is exceptional in the number of cvs of all types they offer
and the details they provide about them. Very helpful.
