It's Yahoo! I had precisely the same problem, they've been real stinkers
lately. My solution? Switch your email address for the list. I did. And
guess what? I am getting digests the same day they are written. Wee!
I got my delays about the time I went to DSL too.... hmm......
Anyway, just switch addresses. It works.
