How about a large dog??? <G> Give Kekoa the task of gurading the garden.
Wraith does an excellent job for me except he makes exceptions for Zoe
and Posy, our two cats.
The other solution I have heard of is putting chicken manure fertilizer
around the garden.
Another solution is to get a live trap, and catch them (esp if they are
feral). If the owners aren't willing to be responsible for their animals ...
Then there is Dave Silverbergs method of laying thorny branches (rose,
blackberry) around the plants.
Is your yard fenced in? Some people I know put "tack strip" (used for
carpets) on top of their fence to keep cats out - sort of man made thorns.
