I agree with Linda. Good point. As "better and better" iris become
available, some will rise and the older ones will begin to slide down the
list. If an older cultivar truly withstands the test of time, so be it.
But most of my favorites aren't even on the list, and i can't see voting for
what (only in my opinion, of course) are a bunch of second rate iris over a
bunch of third rate iris. I admit to being very particular about my iris.
Just got my Ghio order, and I am really looking forward to seeing that
Revere bloom. Nice fresh rhizomes, as always.
