For those of you who are in the Dallas area, the Iris Society of Dallas is having not one, but TWO iris sales this year. Both will be at North Haven Gardens, 7700 Northaven Rd.
The first is July 27th, the second Sept. 7th. Both start at 9 am until all are sold (usually by 1 pm). All are priced at about 1/2 standard retail. The first sale will be all
bearded iris, the second will have bearded, LAs, and some spurias also. North Haven Gardens is about 3 blocks west of North Central Expressway between the Royal Ln. and Forest exits. From Forest exit take southbound service road and turn right at Northaven.
You won't see me until the Sept. sale because we leave tomorrow for Mackinac Is. I
