Hi Bill,
You make a lot of good points. However, I question Proposal #10. The local
affiliate determines what Divisions, Sections and Classes to include in its
show schedule. AIS does not require sections for types of irises not grown
in the local area. Some shows are for only one type of iris. As a frequent
producer of iris show schedules, I include sections for all classes of
bearded irises, usually Siberians and lump all other beardless in one
section. But there is always a provision in the schedule for adding or
dividing sections, if needed.
