I too encourage people to communicate with a dealer if your order is
not satisfactory. I don't tend to complain; I just don't order from
them again. But I finally decided to place another order with
Riverview and told them I was unhappy that after I was very clear
about sending no substitutes/extras unless they were from the list I
gave them, I got a substitute and many extras -- none from the list
or ones I wanted.
Irene just sent me a postcard apologizing, saying the order had been
filled by a high school kid they used -- which they DON'T DO any
more. I felt so good that I had reached out and gotten such a warm
and satisfying reply. Do it! These are busy people! But remember:
iris lovers are wonderful, generous people; trust them!
