Wait. Let the pods mature. Collect the pods. Then move/divide the clump. If
however you are absolutely intent on moving the clump prior to allowing the
seeds to mature, The second best option is to move the clump in large
sections with dirt attached rather than seperating into single rhizomes.
Leave the stalks with pods attached until they mature.
Remember patience is also an action and lazy sometimes good.
