HYB... seed pods

My China Dragon has produced a very healthy seed pod and I have
recovered some nice seeds from it. I have a question that I need an
answer to please. I live in North Carolina and we are under going
severe drought conditions now. I would like to plant them to try to
produce some little ones but I am uncertain what to do or if this is
even a good time to try?

I certainly would love to get more Of China Dragon or perhaps a
mixture of China Dragon and maybe Babbling Brook since this was left
up to the bees. Any suggestions?
