AIS: help - convention seedlings

Finally tottered around in the heat and humidity and dug some seedlings
to send to California for convention, but I'm not sure about the
instructions. It says in the bulletin:
"...the following information should accompany each plant on a separate
packing list:....[etc]"
Does this mean I should prepare a separate packing list for EACH
rhizome? or just one for the entire box? Or one for each seedling #
(multiple plants)?
Yep, you talked me into it, in spite of misgivings .....
