RE: MISC: business update

Fellow iris lovers,

I don't really know where to start this email or even how to classify it.
After months of consideration Rita and I have made a decision to sell our
iris business. We began this love affair as a hobby to meet more iris
enthusiasts and enjoy country living, however, the business has grown beyond
our wildest expectations. In fact that is the real problem. I currently work
full-time and with two small children we have limited time to dedicate to
the farm.  We purchased land and moved our business from Grandma and
Grandpa's place in 1999 and since then have seen the fruits of our labors
multiply dramatically.

Our heart and soul is in this and we want someone who loves plants and the
outdoors as much as we do to continue Rainbow Iris Farm. We have a fantastic
website that has definitely enabled us to grow very quickly. We will
continue to run the business until we find someone who would like to
purchase our going concern. I want to stress that we love all our customers
and friends we've met over the years and will truly miss everyone. But it is
time to re-dedicate ourselves to our children and our time together.

Since everyone on this list is a true irisarian we thought it might be nice
to make everyone aware of this opportunity first. If anyone is interested we
are not asking for the moon for our stock, client list, and website. We
sincerely hope Rainbow Iris Farm can find a home elsewhere.

P.S. For anyone awaiting their iris orders, we will still continue to
