I'm a lot pickier than you are, John - 'they gotta live & bloom at least
every other year in my crummy soil/climate/microclimate' and "they
gotta do it without having to turn off the "overhead watering" (i.e.,
rain) or use pesticides (fungicides, insecticides, antibacterial
treatment) ..."
John Reeds, the infinitely picky iris grower.
(But is "they gotta grow good" and "they gotta be
'speshully pretty" really
that picky?)
