RE: CULT: Ocean Pacific is sulking

The recent photo of Ocean Pacific on iris photos made me go out & look at
mine.  Planted 7/01 in the same bed with 8 other iris that all took off like
crazy. but OP just sat there (I call this sulking) as one rhyzome.  No growth,
no increase, no bloom.  Finally this spring I dug it out, trimmed the fan and
roots and replanted it into another good location.  This has worked for me
before with "sulking" TBs.  But as of today, it's still doing nothing.  Should
have done it last year.

Since it's never bloomed, I can't be sure it's really OP, but has anybody else
had trouble with it?  Anybody have their own shock treatments to suggest?
