Hi Chuck,

Having hosted the Region Six Spring Meeting several times, I would say the 
registration fee should be calculated as nearly as possible to the entire cost 
of the meeting.  This includes the bus tour, any meals provided, any costs for 
meeting rooms and speaker expenses (transportation, meals, hotel room, etc.)
