Here is a picture showing normal tectorum seeds [left]
compared to tectorum X tetraploid bearded [middle] and
tectorum X diploid bearded [right]
Although I usually get pods from these wide-cross
pollinations, hardly any seeds develop enough to be
viable. It's proving to be quite a challenge. But I
(for one) am not giving up.
