As a former MO resident . . . let me ask . . . what is NPR?   
 
I can remember a lot of springs . . . some in AR, some in MO, and some in  
KY.  Even a decade or two  . . . and spring hasn't changed that much  in my 
memory.  Although it was really off track this year.  
 
But for some reason I'm getting the early summer rebloom season that is  
typical of our friends in more northern states!  Among others, I have bloom  on 
Immortality, Pink Attraction, Pure As Gold, Renown, & now a stalk on  October 
Sky.  Again & Again and Lunar Whitewash are about to open  blooms.  Lots of 
seedlings.
