I thought they dumped that rule a while ago, but am not sure at all, just remember something in the back of my head.

Did the rules change? I thought a variety had to have a minimum of 15% of
the votes cast to win the DM.
469 votes cast, 15% is 70. According to the published list the top vote
getter got 66. Inquiring minds want to know.
