Re: HYB: what to do with glaciata?

I looked at them really closely and could find <no> anthocyanin anywhere
on the blooms. Zero. Maybe some green on the claw, but otherwise
nothing but yellow. I thought that was what defines the expression of
glaciata? Is it possible to get non-glaciatas that have no anthocyanin
pigment showing anywhere, even deep in the throat?

<I guess I would be surprised if your seedlings from the Treasured x
Harvest of
Memories cross were truly glaciatas. ....With the parentage of Treasured
and HOM, I would think it more
likely that you just have very smooth hafts. >

From the rest of what you posted, it sounds like I would only be
interested in this baby for breeding if I were interested in the other
plicata alleles, which I'm not. Now.

Thanks Robin.
