Only one that comes to mind isn't that recent and only has yellow band on the falls, not standards. Seems like Mike Sutton posted a photo of something similar to what you are describing?

TB, 30" (76 cm), MS. warm white, faint lemon (M&P 9-C-1) center flush; style arms white; F. warm white overlaid light lemon, deepening toward edge to form blended lemon (9-J-1 to 10-K-1) band, warm white outer wire rim; beards cream at end, light yellow midsection, tipped chrome yellow in throat; heavily ruffled; pronounced musky sweet fragrance.
