Scott,  Those of us interested in seeing and reading the minutes in the
bulletin
could just as easily start a notebook for minutes and file them in the way
you
suggested.  Probably most responses for keeping the minutes in the bulletin
would agree to a compromise suggestion.

Want to echo others regarding the job your doing in a most tactful way.  You
must inherit some of that from your parents also.  Your Dad has a special
way of making a point and somehow,even if you might not agree, you always
listen.
