Believe it or not, Champagne Elegance is reblooming in my garden.
After a relatively warm March, deep freeze April 8 and cool and wet
weather after that and a very dry July, it decided this was its chance.
I don't give rebloomers any special treatment, let alone ones that
aren't known for being rebloomers here, and so I usually get only a
few blooms here and there from the most reliable. This is a total
surprise--one tiny data point from an iris. --Jim
