Sorry, but I disagree. AIS, although a flower club, is running a
business. They are offering products for sale, just like any wholesaler
or retailer. The fact that it is a sideline, or that the organization is
run by volunteers does not excuse AIS for offering shoddy service to
their customers.
I completely agree, however, that we need to be very patient with the new
storefront volunteers, and let them have time to catch up with the
backlog.
