hello,
I've been on this list for a long time, but not had much to say, or much
time to read the articles. I have saved them all in hopes of reading them
someday. :-)
Anyway, I was working in someone else's garden last year and
found 1 bore in her Iris. I killed it and took the iris out of the dirt,
cleaned them
with clorox, and re-planted them. She did not at that time want to use anything
worse than that. This year the bore are worse! What a suprise! So I was
wondering what the name of any harder stuff is. We are taking out all the
Iris's
and trashing them. (She did not know the names of any of them sigh...)
and was wondering what we could use to treat the dirt, and how many years
should one wait before putting iris back in the same place.
