HiV, yes but not the viruses which affect irises.
I should apologize, this wasn't a trick question. I did think I knew the
answer but was too lazy to get the book out and check.
The World of Iris PP 343-347; There is no cure for viruses in Iris. They
can be eliminated by using some special techniques during tissue culture,
but there is nothing which can be applied to the plant which will kill
viruses and leave the plant alive. An exception to this may be heat
treatment of young rhizomes. A temperature of 140F will kill viruses (and
often the host plant).
