must be a pretty impressive piece of engineering.

My cat does a great job of keeping the moles and even gophers in check. Am
I just blessed with a good "mouser"?

P. S. Is anyone else out there experiencing an early fall? I heard many of
the growers out here in CA dug their irises a week or two early. My
colchicums bloomed last week (instead of August). The poison oak has been
red for at least a month. Then I read that the Napa grape harvests are
coming in quite early. What's up? Could this be related to the El Nino
they're talking about?
