I thought you folks might like to know that Rt66 finally got the listserver
working again, about two days after I decided to discontinue it. Also, the
president of the company wrote to me saying that he had overruled the
$75/month. It had been his decision not to charge us that rate in the first
place, because he liked the idea of the iris list. Unfortunately, these
developments came a bit too late!
I do wish that members of the list had respected my plea for patience. Had
that been the case, we would at least have more options to discuss at this
point.
