Hi all,
Most of you probably know of me from IRIS-L, but here goes:
I am the son of Terry and Barbara Aitken. They operate Aitken's Salmon
Creek Garden (http://www.e-z.net/~aitken). My dad is also on the AIS board
of directors, and is the editor of the AIS Bulletin.
I own a small graphic design business, and I do the desktop publishing and
design of the AIS Bulletin. I am also the webmaster of the AIS Website
(http://www.isomedia.com/homes/AIS). For my parent's business, I produce
their catalog and their website.
I am, sadly, not much of an iris grower. I did not inherit my father's
green thumb. I think they are beautiful, but have little time or
inclination toward growing many myself. I have, of course, learned a thing
or two about irises over the years from my parents, but would still
consider myself mostly a novice.
