Out of well over 100 iris-talkers, there are only a handful of
Australians, and probably only as many Alaskans. Don't you think it fair
that these people share the pleasure of their iris bloom at a time of
year when no one else has bloom? After all, the vast majority of bloom
reports come from the U.S. and Canada. I'm sure you don't long for your
own iris season to be over quickly do you?
