Well I guess part of the question would be, how close to "Temperate highlands"
(its native environment) you are. Can you grow PCNs where you are? If it grew
in the costal range in CA, where PCNs grow, maybe it can survive where ever
they can. Course maybe the common environment where they both can live is only
a small intersection of the extremes of the two ranges.
