Lera and all,
I have been corrected on this. These birds are actually Cattle
Egrets. However, they are very beneficial, and are welcome to stay here.
I love these birds. They do look similar to the Snowy Egrets, but these
Cattle Egrets have a patch of buff on their necks.
It looks like I should get ready to get off line because of electrical
activity moving into this area.
