Remember those people who, for some reson or another got
subscribed to iris-l and then screamed all over the list
because they couldn't get off??? I think the chances of that
happing now are almost ' -0 ' which is a Black Hole.

So right you are, Dahliaman. I found that really annoying and I'm sure Tom
and John did too. First day I signed up for iris-l I saved the file that says
how to use it. I now have the iris-talk instructions saved for future
reference.

I personally like the ease of use of this list. Not that iris-l was by any
means difficult.
I mean posting a message isn't rocket science. I am not in any way affected
by the so-called commercialism on Onelist. I never read past the signature
line anyway.
I also like that the posts do have [iris-talk] also. I read all my personal
e-mail then meander my way through the postings. I really don't care if the
list is on RT66, Onelist, or whatever. It's free, it works, and I'm glad
we're all here to share our interests and opinions. Long live the iris-talk
and all of you!
