When I mentioned the supposed bloom out of white iris in a previous post
I am talking about "PURE WHITE" iris. White standards, white falls,
white beards and no color but white on the hafts or throat.
To restate the question, Linda was told that a pure white iris is an
albino iris and it will bloom out, die, disappear not reproduce.
Now this process may take some time, years even but Linda was told that
it is inevitable. Is this true? Does anyone on the list have any
information concerning this?
