Both of my sources were just regular iris nuts who happened to be very
generous!  That, plus I happened to ask them at just the right time (in
spring when they were due to be divided).  Unfortunately there aren't any
commercial sources for it in the USA (at least none that I could find...and
I looked pretty hard).

As mentioned before, mine are outgrowing their containers.  At this pace I
should have plenty to give out in spring assuming they survive the winter.
Since they were given to me for free, I'm happy to do the same for others.

My containers are the biggest I could find...about 24" across and 24" deep.
(It looks bigger than it sounds.)  Anything bigger than that and I don't
think I could move them!!

PS: What are the chances SIGNA will have wattii seeds for sale?
