Hi
I am about 175 miles north of Salem/Silverton, Oregon. It generally takes
longer then 5 or 6 weeks drying of seed pods for me also but with this weather
maybe 2 weeks will do it. It has been in the upper 90's the past few days
breaking heat records and making a few of us kind of sick. Sure makes me want
to head for the hills- the ones with snow still on them! Still have one bloom
left on WAITING FOR GEORGE. No buds showing on I tridentata yet- I'm hoping to
get seed off it this year. Hope your seeds mature for you Linda even if it
does take a potato to be the mother.
