I had BLACK TIE AFFAIR here this year, and it looked
purple to me, unless it was at dawn or dusk. Local
variations can make a difference - one visitor said that
their BTA was darker than mine.
BEFORE THE STORM is darker. However, my vote would be
for ANVIL OF DARKNESS, which is the blackest I've seen, and
has more ruffling than BTS. It's another Innerst black. I
ordered it from him this year for $20.
