Interesting name, 'Seuver Frumenty'. "Frumenty" is a medieval pudding or
stew made from whole wheatberries (wheat grains) seethed in milk.  It could
be prepared with meat or poultry and spices for a dinner dish, or with
almonds/almond milk for breakfast (sort of oatmealy).

Was Jack Ellis a medieval scholar as well as an irisarian? Or, like
Niswonger, did he name a lot of his plants after foods?
