 BTW K-59-A (blue and white
> chimera)
Hello Everyone...
remember dumb questions are allowed,
OK then, what is chimera?
I saw Mike's 1/2 blue 1/2 white split down the
middle falls seedling on it's maiden bloom.
>From what I can gather, this a mutation of
the color pigment just as Broken Color is
a breaking up of the pigment.
The reason I ask is that I had a Spaceager
seedling this year that had 1 purple fall,
1 fall 1/2 lavender 1/2 purple, 1 fall 1/2 lavender &
1/2 lavender & purple broken color.
What would call this besides mixed up?
Now this was only on the 2nd & 3rd flower
the rest were purple.
I thank you
