I wanted to report on the program of Bill Shear as he presented to the Louisville Area Iris Society in Louisville, Ky last evening. As usual for Bill, his program was superb. He is so well organized and presents his ideas in a way that is so easy to follow and understand. Bill is a magnificent photographer himself so his slides were a real treat. Any garden club or organization would do well to invite Bill as a guest speaker and we hope he will come back to Kentucky real soon. We hear there is a new book in the making on Shade Gardening, so we can all look forward to it. Thanks Bill.
