Thanks for asking, Virginia! As I remember, n.e. was not capitalized, so i
was not sure - just assumed it meant Nebraska -- I think the P.O. department
did a disservice to use 2 instead of 3 letters: MO, ME, MD, MI, MS , etc can
be confused. By the way, what State and Zone are you in, and how do you know
about South Africa --- guess i missed your bio. Rosalie nr Baltimore zone 7
