Dorothy -- Thank you for having the ethical fortitude to acknowledge this
trait among some of your own plants. Bloom-out, as a characteristic, has
been identified in a number of varieties, but not usually by the hybridizer.
Bloom-out may be a deterrent to the casual gardner, but not necessarily to
hybridizers, who may be willing to try for the passing-on of the desirable
characteristics without the undesirables.
